The Stuntfest is a sports and lifestyle event within the competitive cheerleading range. A common meeting point and “just-for-fun” practice weekend for teams, active and interested people from the cheerleading community and other artistic sports.
The Summer Stuntfest 2021 will take place in Bensheim (Germany) on the 17. & 18. July.
Participation at the Stuntfest is not subjected to any age restrictions. However, all minors must travel with a Supervisor, who has to be at least 18 years old.
Each supervisor can only oversee up to 5 minors.
Attention: Forms for participation have to be filled out for minors as well as for supervisors. More in the check-in section.
Inside the Stuntfest Chill & Charging Area you have the opportunity to charge your smartphone and other electronic devices. The sockets can be used around the clock and free of charge for all participants!
Saturday and Sunday paramedics and physios will be on site to take care of you in case of an emergency.
Illegal drugs are absolutely forbidden at the whole Stuntfest location. The disregard of this rule will have legal consequences as well the immediate exclusion of the event. Security will be present for the duration of the Stuntfest.
Entering the sports facility, green area and property of TSV Auerbach is at your own risk and does not count to the event location or liability of the company ICheer UG (haftungsbeschränkt). We do not accept any liability for lost or stolen items.

Travelling to the Summer Stunt Festival is possible with all common transportations. However, we ask you to think about our environment and to use the various offers of public transport or to form carpools.

If you arrive with the public transport, it is recommended to go to the train station of Bensheim-Auerbach. From there it is just 1 km to the location.
There are around 300 parking spaces directly on the site. If these are occupied, we ask you to park on the surrounding streets.
The instructions of the parking attendants on the site must be followed.
There are enough restrooms and showers for all participants on the Stuntfest site.
All sanitary facilities are accessible around the clock and free of charge for all participants.
There is a varied range of food and drinks on the Stuntfest site.
Bringing your own food and drinks is allowed. However, please note that glass bottles are prohibited on the entire site.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas. (Chill & Charging Area)
Barbecuing is prohibited on the entire Stuntest site due to fire protection regulations.
The Stuntfest site must be kept clean, please use the trash bins and garbage containers attached.

The Summer Stuntfest ticket sale starts on February 21st, 2020 at www.stuntfest.icheer.de and www.icheer.de.
Tickets are available until July 12th, 2021.

2-day ticket: arrival on Saturday

The box office opens at the same time as the check-in. This means that all spontaneous decision-makers have the opportunity to get a Stuntfest ticket there.
Attention, the day ticket is more expensive than the pre-sale ticket!
Friday 5 p.m. – 12 p.m (midnight)
Saturday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
If you arrive after midnight on Friday, there will be no access to the Stuntfest site.
For the check-in you need your ticket (printed or digital) and a valid ID document (ID card, passport). Without a valid ID document, you won’t get access to the Stuntfest site.
Every minor participant needs a supervisor. Each supervisor can supervise up to 5 minors. The supervisor must also be a participant in the Stuntfest.

This form needs to be fully approved and handed over to us during the check in. The minor has to check in together with the above mentioned supervisor. In case the supervisor will arrive at a later point of time the minor will not be able to enter the location.
The use of the campsite is free of charge for all participants.
The size of a campsite is 3x3m. A camping site is issued for every two people. (Group of 4 people thus two places, 6 people three places etc.)
A deposit of 5 € will be charged for each camp site, which will be refunded if you leave your camp site clean.
You have to bring your own tent & camping equipment.
Smoking, barbecuing and open fires are prohibited throughout the campsite.
Loud music systems are prohibited on the campsite. For this purpose, please use the signed Chill & Party Area.
We ask you to be considerate of our younger guests and to remain calm at the campsite.
Camping is only allowed in the marked areas.
The escape routes must be kept free.
The instructions of the organizer and the security staff must be followed.

After 2 p.m on Sunday, acceptance or return of the deposit is no longer possible.
At the Camping Check-In tent there will be several sockets at your disposal. We ask you to use them exclusively for inflating air mattresses and the like. For charging smartphones and the like, please use the designated chill & charging area.
- All kinds of grills (gas cookers, camping grills etc.)
- Animals (except guide dogs and assistance dogs)
- Flying objects (drones, balloons, sky lanterns, etc.)
- Items with discriminatory or provocative text or expressions
- Any objects that endanger the safety and health of your fellow humanbeings
- Any objects that can be considered dangerous by the organizer.

At check-in you will be given a large garbage bag, please use it and leave the place as you found it. We are happy to give you more garbage bags if one is not enough. Just ask our camping staff.
The official Summer Stuntfest After Party takes place on Saturday evening from 9 p.m. on the site. You can find the exact location on the site map which will be handed to you at the Stuntfest.
The party is not subject to any age restrictions. However, underage participants must leave the party area at midnight.
This year there will be an extra stand for the issue of the party and drinks wristbands.
These are differentiated into over 18 years and over 16 years participant. Participants under the age of 16 do not receive a wristband.
A wristband is required for entry to the party area from 10 p.m. (at least 16 years)
An identity card is required for the issue of the wristbands.
This year for the first time non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be served in the party area.
A wristband is required to dispense alcoholic beverages.
